By accessing basecraft.online or downloading any BaseCraft software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. This agreement is a legally binding contract. If you do not agree to the technical and ethical standards outlined herein, you must cease all use of our services immediately.

We operate as a boutique gaming studio from our headquarters in Rome. While our reach is global, the legal jurisdiction for all disputes remains within the courts of Italy. We reserve the right to modify these terms as our technology evolves, provided we notify active users 30 days prior to major shifts in data handling or usage rights.

02. Intellectual Property Rights

BaseCraft is the sole owner of all creative output produced at Via Roma 45. This includes but is not limited to: source code, 3D models, textures, soundscapes, character names, and narrative arcs. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to enjoy our games for personal, non-commercial use.

Redistribution, reverse-engineering, or decompiling our software is strictly prohibited. We take our craft seriously; any attempt to harvest assets or replicate our proprietary logic will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action to protect our studio's intellectual assets.
